Sheldon Spann

While serving 13 plus years in Law Enforcement, I have taken my passion for helping people and brought it into the world of Real Estate.

My journey in Law Enforcement has been nothing short of rewarding. I still have the honor currently serving as an Investigator. Each of the roles I’ve had in Law Enforcement have taught me the importance of communication, trust, and being calm under pressure—skills that translate perfectly into guiding clients through the Real Estate process.

I’ve always believed in serving my community, whether that’s by protecting it or helping families find the right place to call home. Real Estate allows me to continue that mission in a new way. I take pride in being honest, hardworking, and always putting my clients’ needs first. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling your current one, or just exploring your options, I’m here to help every step of the way.

When I’m not working, I’m spending time with family, staying active, or continuing to grow in both my careers. I’d love the opportunity to earn your trust and help you with any of your real estate needs.
